Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of delivery — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date
• Unused or unopened products should be returned in their original packaging where possible
• For consumable items already opened, please contact us to discuss your specific case — we evaluate these individually and aim to be fair to our customers

Requesting a refund is simple:

• Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number
• Briefly let us know the reason for your return (this helps us improve)
• Our team will guide you through the next steps, including return shipping if required

Once your return is received and inspected (where applicable), we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, credited back to your original payment method or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately, at no extra cost to you.

A few situations fall outside our standard policy:

• Items returned after the 14-day window, unless due to a defect on our part
• Products that have been significantly used or consumed beyond what is needed to assess quality
• Sale or clearance items, where stated explicitly at the time of purchase
